As a Web Developer, you are responsible for ensuring internal and external websites are maintained and running efficiently as well as the creation of new websites and portals. We'll need you to be creative, motivated, proficient in web design, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities for the developer position include:

  • Develop, design, and program dynamic, interactive, database-driven web sites
  • Responsible for content management, web portal development and operations
  • Participate in requirements analysis, design and technical management
  • Assist in the research, planning, and implementation of new technologies and services
  • Identifies areas for site improvement, adding features and functionalities where appropriate to augment the client experience
  • Collaborates and coordinates projects between software engineering and sales groups
  • Identification, isolation, and solution of problems
  • Provides general technical support and troubleshooting


Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on web development experience in a professional environment
  • Good understanding of benefits and constraints of current Internet technologies and strong familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript (object-oriented, prototypes, closures, etc.), jQuery, CSS3, MVC architecture, AJAX, JSON
  • Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously, requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, time management, and sound judgment
  • Ability to self-motivate while operating effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Graphic design skills a plus
