    This role will help provide strategic leadership and champion Mass Markets employment and sales marketing efforts.  This individual must possess a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.  Strong creative marketing and program management skills are required with the ability to deliver results within short time frames. The ideal candidate will be passionate brand identity, digital marketing and creative development. 

    • Assist in the development of internal and external marketing collateral
    • Work independently/collaboratively with management on creative operations
    • Work closely with executive leadership with regards to brand development and continuity
    • Understand and incorporate corporate brand standards in creative elements to ensure uniformity and consistency of brand in product communications, promotions, advertising, websites, etc.
    • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites
    • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
    • Use computer software to generate new images
    • Research and evaluate new technology and digital strategies
    • Work on special projects as needed.
    • Stay abreast of digital media tools, platforms, and industry trends


    Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

    • Actively enrolled Sophomore or Junior level student with at least 1.5 years of completed college education
    • Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA in Graphic Design or any relevant major
    • 2 years academic or commercial graphic design experience
    • Ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects while meeting deadlines
    • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Desire to become social media expert in all applicable platforms – keeping us with current industry trends and best practices
    • Exceptional work ethic and dedication
