    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process, you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world.  This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues and ensure best in class customer experience.  In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer interactions, you will need to be confident, fully engaged, a team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.  As a part of the customer support team you will provide basic technical support to end users of and app on Android, iOS, and Windows 8 & 10 devices.   In addition to being an all-around great asset to the team, our customer care representatives are responsible for the following tasks.   

    • Maintain a working knowledge of current operating systems and tablet/phone releases on Android, iOS, and Win8 & Win10 platforms.
    • Position entails a high amount of customer interaction over email. Ensure that customers understand product information, and be able to provide accurate and complete information about the product and their device(s) to customers as needed. 
    • Utilize multiple CRMs and internal tools to resolve account issues and track and respond to customer concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
    • Meet productivity quality requirements and metrics set by client.
    • Listen to and resolve customer issues
    • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

    Mass Markets provides all new employees with a paid world class training.  Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new products, processes and technology.  Candidates should be positive, driven, and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times.   Experience in customer care, sales or phone based roles is a plus but not required.  Other job requirements are:

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Professional communication skills
    • Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications
    • Must be proficient with basic PC skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
    • Highly reliable
