    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position provides basic support and administrative duties of the Project Management department. Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for assisting internal ISO Auditor functions by performing monthly audits around Company's ISO policies and procedures and reports findings.
    • Assist in the development of the final report deliverables of for RFP’s and Audits as well as initial setup in SharePoint and monitoring team completion.
    • Assists with system administration, client setup, and building of reports in the RFP Management System.
    •  Plans and coordinate project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
    • Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-up. Assists in development of presentations.
    • Follows up with project team members on outstanding deliverables and issues updates.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the PMO Intranet site through document creation (SOP) and version controls.
    • Maintain updated RFI/RFP Sales Tracker and provide to Executive Management at requested deadline.
    • Provides supports during Client audits/visits. Reserves appropriate conference room, provide schedules to Company, drives communication, and facilitates/coordinates all aspects of Client visit.  Will produce detailed overview of the visit for team review.
    • Provide support for all PMO related responsibilities including, but not limited to, RFI’s, RFP’s, Audits, and Project Implementations.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

     Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes, and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. Experience in customer care, sales or contact center role is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The primary requirements of this position include but are not limited to the following:

    • Actively enrolled Sophomore or Junior level student with at least 1.5 years of completed college education
    • Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA
    • Proficiency researching and troubleshooting complex problems and errors
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Exceptional work ethic and dedication
    • Attention to detail, systems processes, and organizational skills
    • Proficient with using MS Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
