POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Acquisiton Intern, you will be helping our business grow while learning the ins and outs of Recruiting employees.  We are a process and productivity driven recruitment organization! Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Intern position include:

  • Perform outbound and inbound phone screens of applicants based upon a set series of questions
  • Retrieve messages from voicemail and forward to appropriate personnel
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, announce visitors to appropriate personnel, and Monitor visitor access
  • Data entry 
  • Support all company initiatives by process and procedure as communicated
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Actively enrolled Sophomore or Junior level student with at least 1.5 years of completed college education
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA in Marketing or Business Management
  • Self-Motivated
  • Must be able to manage highly confidential information
  • Attention to detail, systems processes, and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills with MS Office tools
  • Impeccable attendance
