The sales representative II position is a full-time, inside sales position for experienced sales representative. This positions offers unlimited bonus potential, comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits, paid vacation and holidays and contests incentives. All sales representatives are also eligible for an employee stock contract after one year that have cash value at the time of a "value realization event" which inclues a sale of the company and inital public offer under some condtions.

In this role you will be responsible making outbound sales calls to existing customers to offer new products and promotions. You will use state of the art contact center technology, sales skills and customer service skills in order to generate interest in new services and capture additional “share of wallet” from the existing customer base. As a highly-trained expert on products, technology and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services and ensure best in class customer experience. You will be one of the best in the business when it comes to inside sales customer interactions. and will need to will need to be a confident, fully engaged, team player, and dedicated to bringing a positive & enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

The below outlines your potential wages with Mass Markets. As a Sales Representative II you will have the opportunity to earn up to $30,000 once overtime and bonuses are considered. We expect that you could earn even more than this depending on your attendance and performance.

MINIMUM PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT
9 Primary Service Units (PSU) processed through the Order Completion Department each business week (Monday-Sunday)
A PSU is a sales unit – there can be 1-3 PSU’s per home sold depending on the services that are added to the customer’s order*
Based on working at least 3 hours of OT per week. Minimum performance requirements apply to maintain overtime eligibility.
