    Our role of a Talent Acquisition Assistant is one of the most important positions in the company. This position requires at least 3 years of Recruiting, Human Resource, Customer Service and/or Sales experience. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you must be a motivated, goal-oriented individual who works well independently and with a team. This position reports directly to Human Resources. You are responsible for the day-to-day life cycle of recruiting. This will require making outbound calls and accepting inbound calls to applicants who have applied with the company, processing phone interviews, answering basic questions and assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed. You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates for the company through various recruitment channels.


    Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
