As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, risk analysis, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. In this role you will be working to deploy internal projects, new client deployments, and managing ongoing continuous improvement projects accross seven Mass Markets locations.
This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule, however some projects may require some flexibility from time to time. This position reports directly to the Chief Customer Officers and supports the Mass Markets executive team.
This position is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing internal and client facing projects. The project manager will be responsible for creating and mainting project management processes and documentation and will support diverse project types including new client launches, facilities buildouts, human resources initiatives, information technology build-out and many other project types sponsored by Mass Markets executive team members. The Project Manager will manage the day-to-day performance of the project, schedule, and budget, be tasked with the management of all administrative responsibilities. Mass Markets is a strong matrix project environment and the project manager will have a high degree of authority while also working with department leaders to identify and procure project resources.
