  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    Join our growing team and build a career! We need a Digital Marketing Manager who will increase our online presence and drive organic growth. Candidates should be highly reliable, have great communication skills, and be willing to constantly learn on the job. Must have experience utilizing marketing and CRM software.

     

    Located in Iowa City, IA 52240. Full-Time, Corporate, Manager, Marketing.

    SCHEDULE

    This is a full-time position working with our corporate team. May require hours outside of the normal 8am-5pm, especially as we continue to grow.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Directors and Leaders in various marketing activities that maximize our current and future sales while driving growth. In this role you also are responsible for:

    • Working with internal and agency teams to identify and pursue aggressive new link building opportunities.
    • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results on campaign performance.
    • Understanding digital marketing goals in order to translate goals into executable strategies through ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
    • Identifying KPIs and completing work as needed to improve overall search performance.
    • Conducting keyword research, advising on ad spend and ad placement, testing ad copy, and optimizing campaigns for lean performance.
    • Working with BizDev teams, ensuring website is optimized for PPC success and SEO performance.
    • Working with design teams to provide creative direction.

     

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

    Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes, and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

    • Experience utilizing marketing and CRM software is a must.
    • Experience running successful lead generation campaigns utilize SEO, paid search, remarketing, video, social media, and other digital marketing mediums
    • Experience with Brightedge SEO Software and Hubspot Marketing and CRM is a plus but not required
    • Experience creating and implementing successful digital strategies and campaigns
    • Excellent knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, CRM, Database management
    • Measure and and report on ROI and KPI's
    • Previous experience managing a team of digital marketers
    • Understanding and ability to recommend the latest technology and digital best practices
    • Requires 2-4 years of equivalent experience
