    RECRUITING & STAFFING SPECIALIST 

    Join our team and help us grow! As a Recruiting and Staffing Specialist you'll help us recruit and attract the right candidates for our various positions.     SCHEDULE

    STANDARD SCHEDULE

    This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday with normal business hours. May require extended hours when deadlines near. Some local travel may be required to visit job fairs and community events. 

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    WHAT DOES A RECRUITING & STAFFING SPECIALIST DO? 

    Engage and excite new candidates, guiding them through the entire recruitment life-cycle. You will become an expert on process and productivity driven recruitment! Learning and growing in your role will be your primary responsibility.

     

    Our Recruiting & Staffing Specialists are responsible for the following:

    • Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using professional recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
    • Collaborates with Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations with ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage open house events
    • Conducts criminal background checks and drug screens
    • Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner
    • Completes daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities
    • Maintains employment records for future reference

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience staffing at management level
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Follows process guidelines
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Takes ownership of duties and other tasks as assigned
    • Must be able to manage highly confidential information
    • Advanced skills with MS Office tools
    • Impeccable attendance
    • Call Center Experience Preferred but Not Necessary 
    • Prior HR/Recruitment Experience Preferred but Not Necessary
