    Join our growing team and build a career! We need a Power BI Analyst who will help us create and integrate extensive data analytics and reporting. Candidates should be highly reliable, have great communication skills, and be willing to constantly learn on the job. Must have experience utilizing marketing and CRM software.



    This is a full-time position working with our corporate team. May require hours outside of the normal 8am-5pm, especially as we continue to grow.



    As a Power BI Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the Directors and Leaders in the launch of our Microsoft PowerBI. Maximize our use of data visualization so our team can make informed decisions. This includes planning, creating, implementing, and analyzing our Microsoft PowerBI data dashboard across the organization.


    In this role you also are responsible for:

    • Fluidly integrate existing sources with Microsoft PowerBI 
    • Analyze data to determine trends, exceptions, and proactive alerts
    • Create dashboards understandable by all levels of organization
    • Automate integration and reporting processes
    • Optimize reporting of strategic business processes
    • Serve as an expert resource to company executives
    • Identify and highlight KPI with department leadership



    Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes, and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

    • Experience business intelligence development, preferably Microsofft Power BI
    • Experience in programming/software development
    • Experience with analytics, data, infrastructure, or/and IT security
    • Project management and team work experience
    • Superior research and analytical skills
    • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to successfully execute implementation of large data projects
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
